KUNDALINI – A BAPTISM OF FIRE
The Journey of the Mystic
Who is the mystic, and what is the journey of the mystic?

THE JOURNEY
Mystics have walked among us in every age. They appear in scriptures and ancient texts as figures of legend. Yet many today still carry the same inner fire.
This book explores what happens when spiritual energy awakens within a person. It looks at Buddha sitting beneath his tree before dawn. It examines Christ in the wilderness facing temptation. Both stories point toward the same transformation.
Maria Vyasa brings these traditions together with her own lived experience. She traces the threads that connect yogic teachings, Buddhist wisdom, and Christian mysticism. The patterns she finds reveal a shared map of human awakening.
The path is not easy. It asks for everything. But it offers something in return: a life rooted in truth rather than illusion, in what endures rather than what fades.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Maria Vyasa
Maria Vyasa has worked as a psychotherapist for nearly twenty years. She has taught classical yoga and yoga philosophy for just as long. These two paths have shaped how she understands the human mind and spirit.
Her first mystical experience came at age five, when a figure made of white light appeared in a dream and told her she was never alone. Such experiences have continued throughout her life, arriving unbidden and often unexplained.
For years, Maria searched for a framework to make sense of what she was experiencing. She found answers in the places where different traditions meet: the chakra system of tantric yoga, the temptations of Buddha and Christ, the writings of mystics across cultures and centuries. This book grew from that search.
